I recently received an e-mail from the DFC. Another great opportunity for Detroit film producers has arrived. For those interested, Detroit Docs will begin accepting documentary film submissions at the beginning of the next month (July 1). The DFC is supporting this event, and it seems that the festival will be occurring in October. Check out the Detroit Docs website for more information.

Trinity Film Coalition Film Festival
June 7, 2007There is currently a call for entries for the Trinity Film Coalition Film Festival (Aug 3-5). Prizes will be awarded to those that produce the Best Feature Film, Best Short Film, and Best Music Video. The Trinity Film Coalition has teamed up with the DFC, and a few other sponsers for this event.
The TFC claims to focus on the mobilization of the film industry in Detroit, through networking, partnership, and collaboration. For further information, visit the website (posted in the links section of this site).
